The Arizona Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (A.R.S. Title 33, Chapter 11) or “Mobile Home Act” is the Arizona state law that says what the legal duties and rights of the landlord and the tenant are when the tenant owns their own mobile home or manufactured home and is renting a lot space in a mobile home park from the landlord.
The Mobile Home Act does not apply if the tenant is renting a lot space for a recreational vehicle or a park trailer or park model.
In that case, the Recreational Vehicle Long-Term Rental Space Act (A.R.S. Title 33, Chapter 19) or “RV Act” applies.
