ARLTA

The Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (A.R.S. Title 33, Chapter 10) or “ARLTA” is the Arizona state law that says what the legal duties and rights of the landlord and the tenant are when tenant is renting an apartment, condo, townhouse, or house from the landlord.
The ARLTA also applies if the tenant is renting both a mobile home and a lot space in a mobile home park from the same landlord.
A.R.S. § 33-1407(B)

The ARLTA does not apply if the tenant owns their own mobile home or manufactured home but is renting a lot space in a mobile home park from the landlord. In that case, the Arizona Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (A.R.S. Title 33, Chapter 11) or “Mobile Home Act” applies.
