The Recreational Vehicle Long-Term Rental Space Act (A.R.S. Title 33, Chapter 19) or “RV Act” is the Arizona state law that says what the legal duties and rights of the landlord and the tenant are when the tenant owns their own recreational vehicle (motorhome, camping trailer, travel trailer, or portable truck camper), park trailer, or park model and is renting a lot space in a recreational vehicle park or mobile home park under a rental agreement of at least 180 days (six months).
